I don't think it's too long because it is made from 2.30 hours of footage and I show everything I shoot for a little because I don't want the watchers to get bored :)

Well i understand it's difficult to cut out the time but 8 minutes is too much.5 minutes is max while watcher would stay interested.I dont say you have to,but you should try too trim the video to 5 min. and keep the most best shots for you and your freinds.Sometimes you can tell the story with much less shots.Just experiment.Good luck :)
